If you are going to be employed in a security capacity at any public or private premises for example as a door supervisor, in-house security, events stewards and marshals, you require a door supervisors licence.
To apply for a licence visit the Security Industry Authority's (SIA) website or call 0844 892 1025. Lines are open from 8am to 8pm, Monday to Friday.
