Slough's Admissions and Access Team have produced a booklet to help you to apply for a secondary school place for admission in September 2012. This can be found below.
If your child is in year 6 at primary school and is due to transfer to a secondary school the following September you must apply for a place with a common application form. This form is for Slough residents only.
When completing the form, please consider the points below carefully:
The address you give on the form must be your permanent address on the closing date. You may be asked for proof of this address.
If your application arrives after the closing date we will only consider your request after all other applications that arrived on or before the closing date. You may not be offered a place at your preferred school.
If you are new to Slough or wish to transfer from an existing Slough secondary school, please complete an 'application for transfer of pupil between schools' form.
Completed forms should be returned to the Admissions & Access Team, St Martins Place, 51 Bath Road, Slough, SL1 3UF. We will write to you to acknowledge receipt of the form and to advise you of the process.
The online application process for year 7 entry in September 2012 is now closed.
