General information [incl. valuations, arrears, refunds]

If you have received a council tax demand or an adjustment notice informing you of a credit amount on your council tax account, you may be entitled to a refund.

If you believe that you are entitled to a refund please download the 'Council Tax Refund Request' form and complete and return it to Council Tax Section PO Box 1733, Slough, SL1 1FS. Alternatively you can hand it in to the Customer Service Centre.
