If an empty property is unsecure and is being unlawfully entered the neighbourhood enforcement team can take action to get the property secured. The neighbourhood enforcement team can be contacted on 01753 875255.
Where an empty property is reported to us we undertake to visit the site within 24 hours and take action within 72 hours where there is a risk to human health or within 28 days where there is no risk to human health.
