Road safety improvements to Langley High Street

A priority list for all transport schemes, which includes road safety schemes to help improve safety for all road users was set up in November 2007. 

There are specific areas on the Langley High Street which have been identified on the current list that needs improvements based on the types of collisions occurring. These included collisions between vehicles turning at junctions and failing to give way on the roundabout.

To address these problems some works were proposed. The proposed plans for road safety improvements for the Langley High Street were on the consultation portal for residents to access and have their say on.
