On 23 March 2009 residents received a letter from the transport section with results of the initial consultation. Residents opted for speed cushions.
Parking is a problem that has been raised on a number of occasions so we have reduced the number of restrictions. The total length of restrictions was 656metres, it is now 483metres. There will be an additional 28 on-street parking spaces for residents in the area as a result of this proposed change.
The transport team have now completed the design which gives exact locations for the cushions and the relevant parking restrictions. To access this design and to comment please visit the Slough consultation portal.
