The Governors, staff and pupils wish to create a new exciting leadership post within the school.

We are looking for someone with leadership and management experience who will:
- Continue to raise standards (attainment and achievement) through the implementation of the International Primary Curriculum
- Model high standards in teaching and learning
- Work across the whole school
- Support  sustainable workforce development
- Take a lead role in the implementation of  our Strategic Plan, including Quality Marks
- Develop and lead our Assessment Policy and contribute significantly to data analysis
- Take a lead role within PSHE,  behaviour management and all associated fields e.g SEALs
- Contribute significantly to workplace policies and work with all stakeholders
