Active Junior and Teens

The Active Juniors and Teens programme aims to encourage children aged between 5 – 16 years to engage within sport and physical activity. The government recommends children should be achieving a minimum of 60 minutes worth of activity 5 times a week. This programme offers a range of different sports and physical activity opportunities for children to achieve the recommended activity levels outside of school.

 Active Slough believe setting a positive image of exercise is vital for children, and we want to encourage physical exercise as a habit for people growing up in our community.
