Until we can safely mix households again, Active Slough sessions are on hold. Whilst waiting, you can take part in our Active Slough online programme on our Facebook page, which contains 15 free 30-minute classes a week, delivered by our local instructors.
The Active senior programme has been appropriately designed to suit participants aged 50 and above. It’s just as important, if not more so, to remain active regardless of age. Active Slough understands high intensity sport may not best suit you. Therefore, within this programme there are physical activity classes that range from higher intensity, to low intensity for people wanting to maintain, get back into, or improve fitness.
