Seated exercise is perfect for people trying to get into activity, returning to activity or people who are unable to complete exercise whilst standing. These fun and sociable sessions are open to all abilities with the aim of improving strength, fitness, balance and flexibility. All of the exercises can be completed within a chair, however the better you get the harder we can make it!
All the exercise taught within this session can be completed at home with functional benefits. Simply put, this means movements completed in the class will make activities in your everyday lives easier.
