If you have any equipment supplied by the Berkshire Community Equipment Service (BCES), operated by NRS Healthcare, and no longer need it then please contact NRS Healthcare on 0344 893 6960 to arrange for its collection free of charge.
Collection of the equipment will be made within 10 days of you telephoning them and in most cases much sooner.
Or, if you are able, you can drop the items off at the address below (including Saturday mornings up to 1pm):
NRS label stating 'This equipment is on loan from www.nrs-uk.co.uk. To arrange return call 0344 893 6960'.

You can tell if the equipment you have is loaned to you by Berkshire or NRS as the equipment will have a label similar to the image on it.
