Application for judicial review
Following approval of the Slough Borough Council (Reorganisation of Community Governance) Order 2019, Britwell and Wexham Court Parish Councils applied for a judicial review of the Council’s decision.
Result of the judicial review
The matter was heard in the High Court in April 2019 and the Parish Councils were partly successful in their application and as a result the Order was quashed.
