Coronavirus effects on council services


The Licensing Team are mainly remote working with no facilities for arranging face-to-face appointments and with the exception of new applications for ID checks, face-to-face appointments will not return.

If you are awaiting a face-to-face ID check, officers will be in contact when we have all the relevant processes in place.

Our web pages contain information and guidance for all types of licenses, registrations and permits as well as links to the council online payment system where you can pay your licence fees; we cannot accept cash or cheque payments.
