Many of our services are available online, please access them there if possible. 

  • Britwell, Cippenham, Langley and Chalvey Hubs are open, with an appointments system for customers to be seen by housing or customer services at the council access point. If you really need to be seen face to face, please call the Contact Centre 01753 475111 to book an appointment first. To support this appointment system and avoid disappointment at your community hub, booking an appointment will be essential.
  • Most of our residents pay their Council Tax online. This and many other services can be accessed online 24/7. It is both faster and safer.
  • You can apply for housing benefit or council tax support and you can email documentary proof required to benefits@slough.gov.uk.
  • You can apply for Blue Badges here and email documents required to bluebadgeteam@slough.gov.uk

Housing advice, prevention and homelessness 

Do you need housing advice? Are you about to be made homeless? Do you have access to the internet? If so, you can now contact us directly at any time, simply register yourself here, it is easy to use. Tell us what the problem is and an officer will contact you, the following working day e.g. Monday – Friday.
