The Corporate Leadership Team (CLT) is responsible for the strategic management of the council. CLT ensures services are delivered effectively for residents, businesses and communities, and supports the organisation to meet the council’s priorities.
The team works closely with elected councillors, partner organisations and local communities to manage resources, improve outcomes and lead organisational performance.
Partnership working and resident engagement are central to how the CLT operates. By listening to residents, involving communities in decisions and working with public, voluntary and community sector partners, the team helps shape services that reflect local needs and deliver better value for Slough.
