After approval of application
Email schooltravel.operations@slough if you have any queries after your Home to school travel assistance has been approved, such as existing transport arrangements, transport concerns, journey issues and operational matters.
Finance queries
Please email schooltravel.finance@slough.gov.uk for any finance queries.
Safeguarding concern
Any safeguarding concerns about transport should be reported immediately to the School Travel Operations team. Please email schooltravel.operations@slough.gov.uk with your concerns, examples may include:
- concerns about staff conduct
- unsafe behaviour during transport
- incidents impacting a child’s welfare.
