We are looking for an experienced employee relations and change management professional. The successful candidate will manage all aspects of the service remodelling coupled with the harmonisation of terms and conditions post a recent TUPE transfer process. You will need to be CIPD qualified. However, this is not an essential criteria. The role is challenging and rewarding and it will involve dealing with a multidisciplinary staff groups and trade unions.
In addition to your strong communications skills, you will have gained broad experience in advising on complex case work also supporting managers during change programmes (restructuring and service redesign), and project manage these where applicable.
