We are looking for ambitious, enthusiastic and committed STAs and CSTAs to join our all phase special school and its team of highly dedicated professionals.
Applications from experienced teaching assistants with EYFS to Post 16 will be considered.
The role will include being part of our wider team and supporting pupil’s independent learning and progress. To work closely with the classroom teacher and assist with delivering plans and 1:1 activities as directed.
Candidates will be required to support pupils all round general welfare, including their medical, physical and emotional wellbeing.
You should be able to demonstrate an understanding and engagement in individual pupils needs and share a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
As employers we are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and in that regard have appropriate policies and procedures. Successful applicants will be required to undertake a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check and interviews will include questions about safeguarding children.
