  • Grant: £37 - Statutory
  • Notice of change of name and address: £10.50 - Statutory
  • Application for copy of lost or stolen Personal Licence: £10.50 (each copy) - Statutory

Updating your name or address

If you have changed your name or address or both, you will need to inform us of your updated details using the Report a licence change of circumstances.
