What is Telecare?

Telecare services help maintain independent living by making sure there is always someone on hand to give support, no matter what time of day or night. They provide on-call responders will visit you at home to provide reassurance and will call emergency services if necessary.

Modern living means more and more family members live some distance away from their elderly family and are not always able to provide immediate support. Telecare can offer the peace of mind you need when living away from your loved ones; knowing we are looking out for them.

Typical provision can include:

  • 24/7 personal alarm monitoring and support
  • Telecare Services Association (TSA) accredited services
  • personalised solutions
  • additional wireless devices such as smoke or gas detection, flood sensor, bogus caller button, fall detector or other advanced detection devices.
