Intermediate rent
Intermediate rent provides a short term tenancy at 80% of typical market rates. Usually, the initial rental period is for six months.
If you are part of this scheme, we will regularly review your ongoing need for the property.
Some tenants may be able to buy a share of the property at a later date. This is by converting the tenure to shared ownership.
