Slough Borough Council is proud to announce its formal partnership with Osborne Property Services Ltd who will provide repairs, maintenance and investment (RMI) services for the council’s housing stock across the town.
Senior council leaders met with Osborne today (Thursday) to formalise the relationship, marking the beginning of a seven year contract which will go live on 1 December.
Osborne will be responsible for the maintenance of over 7,000 properties in Slough.
Taking an asset management approach, Osborne will have full insight to local stock enabling strategic decisions on stock maintenance, bringing about long term benefits for our tenants.
Uniquely, Osborne will secure offices within Slough, providing the opportunity for co-location of local services which will drive a collaborative and integrated approach to their work with the community.
Slough residents will further benefit from Osborne’s commitment to investing locally for the long term through a contract designed to create job opportunities, skills and local supply chains, as well as re-investment and income opportunities for the borough.
