Cashless parking

Pay machines will be removed across Slough over the coming months. Drivers will need to use a cashless payment option to pay for parking.

The cashless system is designed to make payments quicker and easier for residents and visitors making payments to the council.

How to pay or register your free stay

Pay or register your free stay using RingGo

You can pay or register your free stay using the RingGo cashless payment app or by phone.

• App: Download the RingGo app on your smartphone. Visit this page to find out more information on how to use the RingGo app.
• Phone: Call 0203 046 0010 and provide the parking zone code. The parking zone code is shown on time plates and RingGo signs at each location. They can also be found in the table below.

Before paying, you will need to provide:

• your vehicle registration
• the RingGo location code where your car is parked
• the time you wish to park.

This needs to be done before the fee is calculated.

Once payment is made, the transaction is digitally recorded. You do not need to display a physical ticket.

Pay or register your free stay using PayPoint terminals in local shops

If you prefer to pay or register your free stay without the app, you can use PayPoint terminals in local shops.

• You will need your car park code and vehicle registration number to pay.
• PayPoint terminals are usually within a five-minute walk of car parks.
• To find your nearest PayPoint:
  • Use the online PayPoint store locator
  • Or text Shop RingGo followed by the five-digit location code to 81025.
