E-scooter trial

Report an issue and log a complaint

Neuron Mobility worked closely with the council to control where and how fast e-scooters could be used in different parts of the borough, and where they could be parked.

There was a 24/7 helpline number available to users on the app. All e-scooters were GPS-connected so Neuron could track any misuse, and warn and educate riders. The e-scooters had registration plates which made reporting issues simple. Repeat offenders could have their account suspended by Neuron.

Issues and complaints (providing as much information as possible such as location, date and time) could be reported directly to Neuron Mobility for their dedicated team to investigate and act promptly as appropriate, or people could use our report a highways/transport issues form, selecting E-scooter from the drop down list.
