Data protection and privacy
Neuron take data protection very seriously and comply with GDPR and other applicable privacy laws. The use and storage of Neuron rider data is governed by the operator's Privacy Policy, which is publicly available.
Neuron do share aggregated data with the council to help manage transport systems and plan for the future.
Neuron will only give up personal information of riders if required to do so by law or as mandated by UK authorities in accordance with applicable privacy laws. This would include if formally requested by the police.
