E-scooter trial

Report an issue and log a complaint

Neuron Mobility works closely with the council to control where and how fast e-scooters can be used in different parts of the borough, and also where they can be parked.

There is a 24/7 helpline number available to users on the app. All e-scooters are GPS-connected so Neuron can track any misuse, and warn and educate riders. E-scooters have registration plates which make reporting issues simple. Repeat offenders can have their account suspended by Neuron.

For prompt action, please report issues directly to Neuron Mobility on sloughsupport@neuron.sg - this allows their dedicated team to investigate the issue and act as appropriate.

When you are submitting your complaint or reporting an issue, please provide as much information as possible such as:

  • location
  • time
  • date
  • comment or complaint.

Or you can use our report a highways/transport issues form - select E-scooter from the drop down list.
