  • Jointly - a mobile app to help make caring a bit easier, less stressful and more organised.
  • About Me – a selection of e-learning for carers that aims to help build resilience for caring, help carers build support networks and improve understanding of working and caring.
  • The role of good nutrition in caring for someone - an e-learning course which aims to help carers understand the role of nutrition both for themselves as well as the person they are looking after.
  • Upfront Guide to Caring - this is an online assessment tool that directs carers to specific sections of Carers UK's website for information relevant to their situation, and then produces a short action plan to help carers plan their next steps.

To access, create an account on carersuk. Professionals can also access the digital service by following the same registration process for carers.

This has been funded by the six Berkshire local authorities; Bracknell Forest, Reading, Slough, West Berkshire, Windsor and Maidenhead.
