Our Care Connected Forums take place quarterly and provide opportunities for care providers and Council colleagues to share information, discuss key developments, and strengthen partnership working across the adult social care sector.

We have sent Microsoft Teams invites to all our providers. And we will send out a reminder at least a week ahead of each meeting along with the agenda.
All Slough based care providers are welcome to join. If you have not received an invite and would like to attend or want anything included at these forums or have any questions, then please email ASC.Commissioning@slough.gov.uk.
Why join the forums
Care Connected is our provider engagement programme for care and support providers across Slough. It is designed to keep providers informed, connected and actively involved in shaping local services.
By joining, you can:
- receive updates on local and national developments affecting the care sector
- hear from Slough Borough Council, partner organisations and sector experts
- access training, learning and workforce development opportunities
- raise questions, share feedback and discuss emerging challenges
- network with other providers and exchange good practice
- share innovative ideas, service improvements and success stories
- contribute to discussions that help shape local services and improve outcomes
- benefit from contributions from Skills for Care and other organisations supporting providers across Slough
- help co-produce forum agendas and identify topics that matter most to providers
- present examples of good practice, innovation and learning from your organisation
- work with us to chair sessions and support the delivery of forums.
Get involved
All Slough-based care providers are welcome to attend.
We are committed to co-producing our forums with providers and welcome suggestions for agenda items, guest speakers and topics of interest. Providers are also encouraged to share examples of good practice, present learning from their services, and support the chairing and facilitation of forum sessions.
