The forums take place every quarter.

Residential/Nursing Care

Supported Living
- 13 December 2023, 10.30am to 12 noon.

We have sent Microsoft Teams invites to all our providers. And we will send out a reminder at least a week ahead of each meeting along with the agenda.
All Slough based care providers are welcome to join. If you have not received an invite and would like to attend or want anything included at these forums or have any questions, then please email ASC.Commissioning@slough.gov.uk.
Why join the forums
Care Connected is our relaunched care and support provider forums designed to help Slough based care providers access updates relevant to you, your team and your organisation. It gives:
- guidance changes, news and updates from us and the integrated care board (ICB)
- quality improvement programmes and initiatives
- training and development opportunities
- health and wellbeing support for you and your workforce
- you a chance to ask questions and raise burning issues with the us, ICB and fellow providers.
- a chance to share best practice and good news across your sector
- regular contributions from Skills for Care, Infection Prevention and Control and other services working to support providers across Slough.
