Mental health crisis resolution and home treatment service
Out of hours support (overnight, weekends and bank holidays) is available to individuals experiencing mental health crises who need urgent support or treatment.
The Mental Health Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment Service (CRHT) team in the community consists of nurses, social workers and support workers. The team works closely with mental health in-patient services. The CRHT service also provides emergency assessment, time limited interventions, and assessment of people with mental health conditions who present at A&E.
