You will be required to leave your Home Office accommodation within 28 days of receiving status. This does not give you much time, so it is very important that you start planning for what to do after you leave the accommodation.
If you have not received your Biometric Residence Permit
If you
- have not received your Biometric Residence Permit (BRP) card or
- there is an error with your BRP card
contact Migrant Help as soon as possible. You should not be evicted from your accommodation until you have a BRP with the correct details.

- claim Universal Credit
