If you want to make a complaint about a school, contact the school first to find out about its complaints process. You can find the school's contact details in our Slough Schools directory.
Many concerns can be resolved by speaking to your child's class teacher, form tutor or Head of Year. If the issue is not resolved, write to the Headteacher. If you are still unhappy, write to the Chair of Governors using the school's address.
If you have completed the school's complaints process and your complaint has not been resolved, you can contact the Department for Education.
