Subject access request
Slough Borough Council keeps personal information about you in order to provide the services you require. You have the right to ask what your personal information is used for and request a copy of that information.
If you want a copy you will need to put your request in writing by completing the Access to personal information form and email it to firstname.lastname@example.org. You must provide a photocopy of your ID with your request or a copy of your clients signed authority if you are requesting personal data on behalf of a third party.
Please be specific about the information you are requesting and provide as much information as possible, such as dates, names, addresses, account numbers etc.
In line with GDPR legislation, Slough Borough Council does not charge for subject access requests.
We will respond within one month of receiving the request.
However, if you have not supplied all the necessary information or ID, we will contact you and put the request on hold until we receive this.
