Further information and guidance

This is a local requirement. The plan should show the proposed development in relation to the site boundaries and other existing buildings on the site. This plan should show direction north and the block plan should be up to date which reflects the as built existing situation. Recommended scale at 1:100, 1:200 or 1:500.

The plan should also include the following – unless they would not influence or be affected by the proposed development:

  • All buildings, roads and footpaths on land adjoining the site including access arrangements (Q8 of application form parking arrangements may be applicable).
  • All public rights of way crossing or adjoining the site.
  • The position of all trees on the site, and those on adjacent land (Q7 of application form)
  • The extent and the type of any hard surfacing (and appropriate drainage details).
