Need to comply with the following:
- Be an up to date licenced OS plan (not title or registry plans due to copyright)
- Show the Direction of north
- At least two named roads (where possible).
- All the surrounding buildings, roads and footpaths on land adjoining the site
- A red line around all land required for the development (including access to the public highway where relevant)
- A blue line around all other land owned by the applicant close to or adjoining the site.
