Need to comply with the following:
- unique drawing number reference
- annotate the use of each room
- show door and window openings
- highlight walls to be demolished and distinguish between existing and proposed if showing existing and proposed on the same plan
Floor area calculations are required for proposals in the Green Belt (either annotated on the plans or in a supporting document) and should detail original size, existing and proposed calculations.
