- method and sequence of demolition
- details of access arrangements
- proposed working hours
- any identified hazards
- any Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required.
- work programme
- where relevant, surveys and mitigation measures to safeguard trees/protected species and habitats affected by the demolition.
