The telecommunications report should provide the following:
- outcome of any consultation with the local community, including nearby schools and colleges
- area of any search and sequential test
- details of the proposed structure
- technical justification and information about the proposed development.
- for an addition to an existing mast or base station, a statement that self-certifies that the cumulative exposure, when operational, will not exceed ICNIRP guidelines
- for a new mast or base station, evidence that the applicant has explored the possibility of erecting antennas on an existing building, mast or other structure and a statement that self-certifies that, when operational, ICNIRP guidelines will be met.
