Thames Water may require a Foul Sewage/Surface Water and Water Supply Assessment to consider the net increase in wastewater and water demand to serve the development and also any impact that developments may have off site, further down the network. To support the preparation of a Utilities Report, Thames Water offers a pre planning service where a developer can engage Thames Water to understand what if any upgrades will be needed to serve the development where and when.
