School uniform
The council does not provides grants specifically to help cover the cost of school uniform. Please contact your school to see what help they may offer. There is general information and advice on school uniform on the GOV.UK website.
Recycled uniforms
Uniform Express is a community project which recycles good quality primary and secondary uniforms to Slough residents. Both branded and non-branded uniforms are accepted and must be clean when donated.
Uniform Express can be found at Unit 20, Observatory, near Teddy's Playtown, Mondays and Wednesdays 12-4pm from Monday 22 August till Monday 5 September.
