Charging points in Slough
We have over 40 electric vehicle charge point bays at our car parks, locality hubs, libraries and leisure centres for electric car owners to recharge their cars in Slough. Electricity and parking charges may apply at some sites, though some currently remain free to use.

Electric vehicle charging points survey
We plan to apply for government funding to install on-street residential charge points for electric vehicles (EV). This is to help Slough residents who cannot have home charge points.
If you are interested in having an electric vehicle charge point installed near your Slough property then:
- fill out the electric vehicle charging points survey with your suggested location.
Please note:
- submitting a request does not guarantee an EV charging point will be installed at the nominated location
- not all locations are technically suitable for these points
- there can be a lead-in time of up to 12 months from site identification to installation, even if funding is available.
