If you wish to carry on the business of tattooing, semi-permanent skin colouring, cosmetic piercing, electrolysis, micro-blading or acupuncture you need to register the premises where the business will be taking place and register the individuals carrying out the treatments.
You will need to:
- complete the hair, beauty and skin premises registration application form (you will need to upload evidence of training/qualification within the form)
- pay the fee of £277(Please use your e-form reference number as the unique reference number).
Once the application form and fee have been received, we will respond within 10 working days. The Food and Safety team will carry out an inspection within 28 days. The registration will be issued once the inspection is satisfactory.
