Section 19 of the Berkshire Act 1986 requires the local authority to maintain a register of hairdressers and barbers within the borough.
If you wish to carry on a business as a hairdresser or barber (full or part-time) you need to apply for registration for the premises where the business will be taking place.
Email the licensing team at licensing@slough.gov.uk for an application form and bylaws.
To register you will need to complete the hair, beauty and skin premises registration application form.
