Publishing contract information forms part of Slough Borough Council’s commitment to openness, transparency, and effective governance.

The council maintains a Corporate Contracts Register, providing a central record of contractual arrangements across the organisation. This includes one-off works and construction contracts, framework and call-off agreements, as well as ongoing supplies and services arrangements.

In line with the Local Government Transparency Code 2015, the published register includes details of contracts with a value of £5,000 and above. The council may also publish additional contract information where available to support transparency and accountability.

The Corporate Contracts Register supports contract management, financial control, audit assurance, and statutory transparency obligations. Contract records are aligned with the council’s finance systems to allow appropriate linkage to purchase orders and payments.

The register is maintained and refreshed on a regular basis to make sure information remains as accurate and up to date as practicable.
