What you can do in the portal
- Use the online contribution calculator to estimate how much you might need to pay towards the cost of care.
- Request a financial assessment and social care support for yourself or for someone else. You will be asked to provide information about why support is needed.
- Search for information and advice about adult social care.
- Tell us if you or a vulnerable adult, is at risk of abuse, harm or neglect.
- Request access to view relevant parts of your care record and contact your social worker. All requests will need to be verified by us before access is provided.
- Access your account dashboard, view and send messages and documents relating to your care (once your account has been verified).
- Search for local help and support available in and around your community.
