Slough Council and its partners have a duty to meet the needs of children and young people with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND).
Together, with parents/carers and in partnership with education, health and social care colleagues, young people, and a range of other partners, we are coproducing our local area SEND & Inclusion Strategy, which outlines our commitments to 2029.
The SEND and Inclusion Strategy 2025 - 2030 sets out our agreed key priorities and infrastructure that needs to be in place for us to achieve our goals.
Our continuing commitment is to work collaboratively with partners to ensure all children and young people with SEND in Slough can thrive.
