Electrical - Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE)
Non-recyclable waste may be sent for incineration at Lakeside Electricity from Waste (EfW).
Where your items can still be used, you may want to donate them to a charity shop:
- batteries (all household battery types)
- fluorescent tubes – a maximum 4 fluorescent tubes per year
- fridges and freezers
- low energy light bulbs
- microwaves
- other large domestic appliances
- printer ink and toner cartridges
- small electrical appliances
- smoke Detectors (non-ionising)
- televisions and monitors.
