Reporting a repair

Repairs are done by our partner Cardo. You should report a repair online.

When you report a fault, we will decide if it’s an emergency, urgent or a routine repair.

You can also report a repair by calling 0800 915 1215. You can call between 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday and 8.30am to 12 noon on Saturdays.

An emergency call-out service operates outside of these hours 365 days a year on the same number.

When you report a repair, it helps us to deal with your repair request quickly and accurately if you provide the following information:

  • your name, address and telephone number
  • the type of property (e.g. house, flat)
  • whether there is access to your property to carry out work
  • details of the problem, if known.
