How to book a computer
Computers are available for 120 minute sessions with access to certain Microsoft applications and printing. You can visit a Slough library to use the public computers or you can book ahead to make a reservation. Free WiFi is available at all Slough libraries. Library printers can also be accessed from your electronic device using the PC booking page. Photocopying is available at all library sites.

Loan periods and charges for late returned books
Please be aware that you can borrow or renew books for 3 weeks. If you do not return or renew your books on time, you will be charged for loans on an adult library card. If you have any queries, please get in touch. You can renew your books in three ways.

Spydus Mobile app
The Spydus Mobile app is no longer working. Library members are advised to delete Spydus Mobile and replace with the new Spydus Library app.
Spydus Library app
This handy app is an easy way to manage your library account, with lots of useful features. It's free to download on to your Android or iOS device.
How to sign in:
- open Spydus Library app
- select Slough Libraries from the libraries list
- in the Username tab put your library card number
- in the Password tab put your PIN number.
With the new app you can:
- check your loans, reservations and payments
- search and reserve from our collections
- update your personal details
- save lists of favourite items for later
- discover featured titles and recommendations
- use your camera to scan an ISBN of any book to check if it’s in our collection
- use your camera to issue your books (returns still need to be done via self-service kiosks or staff counter).
