What this role involves

  • Assist staff in delivering events and activities for customers.
  • Help staff support customers using the computing and self service facilities in the library.
  • Actively promoting the services, adult learning activities and stock within Slough Libraries.
  • Assisting staff with the shelving and organising of stock.
  • Ensuring that visitors are directed to the most appropriate area/ person to answer their query.
