Selective licensing scheme
In exercise of its powers under section 80 of the Housing Act 2004, Slough Borough Council has designated a large proportion of Chalvey and Central Wards for selective licensing.
All privately rented properties in the designated area will require a licence. A copy of the designation notice can be found on the Public notices page - Compulsory Purchases section.
