Core strategy
The Core Strategy Development Plan Document contains the spatial vision, objectives and strategic policy for the Borough. It includes policies to guide development in housing, retail, leisure, employment and community facilities, as well as protection of the natural and historic environment.
The Core Strategy was adopted by Full Council on 16th December 2008.
